We’ve worked with VITA Planning and Landscape Architecture for over 20 years on a wide range of luxury world-renowned communities and developments.

The Art of Placemaking

Our work begins in the early stages of development. We research the land, and its inhabitants, and work closely with the VITA team to capture their community vision. We design persuasive presentations that help build consensus and creative direction for stakeholders, investors, and the design team.

Punta Brava

PUNTA BRAVA is an exclusive, luxury oceanfront development in Mexico framed by the Pacific Ocean and the Bay of Todos Santos. We designed a custom book that presents comprehensive design guidelines for the community as well as homesite portfolios. Designed by Tiger Woods Design, architect Ricardo Legorreta and VITA Planning and Landscape Architecture, the community will be comprised of a Golf and Ocean Club, Hotel suites, a hilltop Spa, 40 custom Estate Lots, 80 Villas, and an 18-hole Golf Course.

Casa Costa

Tres Santos is a resort community centered around well-being located on the Pacific coast of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula.  The area offers a unique trio of landscapes—beach, farm, and hillside. We art directed and produced a handmade book for four exclusive beachfront private residences within the community. The book outlines the architectural and landscape concepts for the project and captures the artisanal, crafted details unique to Todos Santos Mexico.

I’ve been working with Adrienne for almost twenty years and she has consistently made our work products, and our brand, one of the most memorable in the marketplace. She is creative and professional- more than just a consultant but a trusted advisor. We are a better firm because of her insight.

Ritz-Carlton

Ritz-Carlton The Islands of Grand Cayman is a 400-acre resort anchored by the existing Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman Resort. We designed and produced a handmade Community Workbook aimed at investors and future residents of a new property. The book presents the overall vision, masterplan, and landscape architecture for the property, and embodies the regal, old world, British Colonial, and Caribbean influences the developer wanted to emphasize.
